Amyl and the Sniffers, australska pub punk rock’n’roll četvorka, premijerno dolazi u naše krajeve na zagrebački stadion Šalata u subotu 8. kolovoza 2026.
Po mnogima najatraktivniji i najuzbudljiviji live rock band današnjice upravo otvara za AC/DC po stadionima na velikoj australskoj turneji, a u Europu se vraćaju sredinom ljeta iduće godinje na kratku turneju po festivalima uz poneki samostalni nastup. Zagrebački koncert bit će prilika premjerno čuti brz, glasan i energijom nabijen nastup benda koji osvaja svijet svojim bučnim i zabavnim rock zvukom.
Amyl and the Sniffers jedna su od najuspješnijih australskih glazbenih priča, a kaotični garažni rock band koji je brusio zanat u pubovima Melbournea novi su miljenici glazbene scene. Bend čine pjevačica Amy Taylor, gitarist Dec Martens, basist Gus Romer i bubnjar Bryce Wilson. Ono što je počelo 2016. u kući u Melbourneu, kada su u samo 12 sati napisali, snimili i objavili svoj prvi EP, preraslo je u novu globalnu senzaciju. Vole ih legendarni rock bendovi, njihovu glazbu uspoređuju s onom Iggy Popa ili Stoogesa, a bend svojim live nastupima nabijenima sirovom energijom i direktnim stihovima kojima ukazuju na određene situacije munjevitom brzinom osvajaju globalnu scenu.

Amyl and the Sniffers, the Australian pub punk rock’n’roll quartet, are coming to our region for the very first time, performing at Zagreb’s Šalata Stadium on Saturday, 8 August 2026.

Widely regarded as one of the most exciting and explosive live rock bands of today, Amyl and the Sniffers are currently opening for AC/DC on stadium dates across a major Australian tour. They will return to Europe in mid-summer next year for a short festival run, complemented by a handful of headline shows. The Zagreb concert will be a rare opportunity to experience their fast, loud, and relentlessly high-energy performance—a show that has been winning over audiences worldwide with its raw, noisy, and wildly entertaining rock sound.

Amyl and the Sniffers are one of the most successful recent stories to emerge from the Australian music scene. This chaotic garage rock band, forged in the pubs of Melbourne, have become the new darlings of the global rock underground. The band consists of vocalist Amy Taylor, guitarist Dec Martens, bassist Gus Romer, and drummer Bryce Wilson.

What began in 2016 in a house in Melbourne—where they wrote, recorded, and released their first EP in just 12 hours—has since grown into a new global sensation. Admired by legendary rock bands, their music is often compared to that of Iggy Pop or The Stooges.
